Ferailles UK Return Policy – (Updated 17th September 2024)
- For online orders, Ferailles UK offers a 14-day cancellation window from the date you receive your goods. After notifying us within that period, you have an additional 14 days to return the items. A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition unless faulty or not as described.
- For faulty or incorrect items, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, in line with UK consumer law.
- For physical in person Shop orders, Ferailles Shop of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk offers all the same terms as above (online) provided the full ticket price is paid, if this transaction involves a Was & Now pricing ticket, this transaction will be regarded as a deal, whereby the purchase is deemed “Sold As Seen” – so please check your item and be sure you are happy to proceed.
